In replacement, the ordered item will be replaced with an identical item in case the product delivered to you is damaged (broken or spoiled), defective (has a problem that causes it to be unusable) or is of different size and color than the ordered product.

You will be requested to provide the reason during the submission of your Replacement request.

Buyer can initiate a Replace/Exchange request within 7 days after the product delivery date.

Keep all the required items ready during the Replace/Exchange process including original invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc. delivered with the product.

For Replacement cases, pickup and delivery of your request will be planned and scheduled from the same delivery address.

In case the product is out of stock, you may opt for refund in such situation. Our customer support will guide you on the refund process.

We intend that you receive your refund within 7 working days.
